I knew it was gonna take a minute to get here when ordering but Ivan reached out regardless to make sure I knew that shipping may take longer than anticipated, and I really liked that he did that. Plus, I ordered this for my mother, since she loves feeding the birds in her garden- however, I got the wrong bird she feeds and needed a switch. I contacted Ivan and he was such a peach about it, told me there was no problem and that he could easily make a switch to the golden finch I needed. He also let me know when he shipped it out, I really appreciated his communication throughout and he was so nice, I'll definitely order again, especially since they came out so beautiful. I ordered 2 suncatchers as gifts and they were so stunning, I have to get one for myself!
